The transport costs will be determined by the weight of the items ordered.
Delivery time can vary depending on the items ordered by the client(for example if the item is available) and the method of transport chosen by the client. The delivery times are merely indicative and are in no way guaranteed by Shivachic.
Below is how we calculate:
Availability + Transport time + Total delivery time
If the product is available on order and by using an express courier for Italy, you will receive the items between 1 and 7 working days from the moment of order confirmation from Shivachic
The Transport calculation considers all orders taken before 10:00am of each working day (from Monday to Friday). Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered when calculating transport.
On receiving your order the client must check:
*That the number of boxes received corresponds to that stated on the transport document.
*That the packaging is undamaged and has not been altered, including the tape.
In the case of tampering/damage, the client must immediately contest the delivery and attach in writing “ INSPECTION CONTROL OF GOODS FOR…..” and state the reason on the courier delivery note.
The client must, successively, report any eventual damage within 7 days of receiving the goods using the relative methods foreseen by the operator chosen for transport/delivery. In the case of a client not reclaiming items ordered within 5 (five) working days, from stock storage of the courier or/and Shivachic due to failed delivery at the clients indicated address when ordering, that same order will be annulled.
In case of sales outside of Italy, the terms remain the same apart from delivery times which vary depending on the destination.
